Patient Care Coordinator

is currently open for the right person.. Altima Physio is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience for our patients. This is an extremely important role within our team and the clinic!

Candidates for this exciting role must:

- Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should feel comfortable speaking on the phone, and treat people with kindness and respect.

- Be pleasant, friendly, fun and engaging. You must work very well in a team.

- Work well in a fast-paced environment that might be stressful at times.

- Be willing to respond to feedback and adjust behaviours accordingly.

- Knowledge and experience working in a Physiotherapy / Chiropractic/ Medical clinic setting would be ideal but not required. We provide training.

- Have experience working with a

Practice Management

Software

(like Jane App, Practice Perfect, etc) and be competent with computers.

- Be able to multi-task and prioritize.

- Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism while working in a fast paced clinic environment.

Education/Skills

: Experience using

Practice Perfect/ Jane App

Software is a valuable asset

- Book-keeping Experience is an asset;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Computer Skills - invoicing, EMR, Excel, Email, etc.

- Past experience in customer service is an asset

Hours

:-

12 hours/week.

Schedule: 4pm-8pm Tues-Wed-Thurs,

plus some vacation and sick day coverage as needed.

Holiday coverage as needed. Hours may increase over time.
