Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse Lethbridge
Job Description
Capsule Pharmacy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to expand our multidisciplinary team!
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for preparation and reconstitution of medications and injections for in-clinic administration, as well as patient management responsibilities as part of the patient's healthcare team.
This position will be a part time position. We are looking for an individual who can commute to one or more clinics, establish and maintain open, effective communication and coordination between patients, physicians, and treatment teams to ensure a high level of patient care. This Nurse will be responsible for making patient medications available as prescribed and ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proof of nursing license, insurance, and registration in good standing Current First Aid and CPR Certification Excellent communication skills required
