As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in the meal preparation process, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries Support serving staff by preparing dishes for service and assisting with plating as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Familiarity with cooking techniques, food handling, and meal preparation processes Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new skills within the culinary field

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
