Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and to the satisfaction of our Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in prepping ingredients, chopping vegetables, measuring portions, and preparing food items according to established recipes and standards.
Cooking & Assembly: Support in cooking and assembling food for catering orders, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and organized throughout the shift.
Follow Health & Safety Standards: Ensure all food handling complies with food safety guidelines and company policies.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock rotation, inventory counting, and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager.
Fast-paced Cooking: Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently, ensuring that the food is prepared on time and to customer specifications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective service delivery.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask during peak hours.
