We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part Time Keyholder to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently during peak hours. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred to cater to a diverse clientele. Experience in technology sales is a plus, with a keen understanding of product features. Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
