Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part time Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Duties
Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, cashiering, and daily reconciliations. Implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and inventory analysis. Lead shift management activities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
Qualifications
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to retail operations.

Pay: $15.65-$15.76 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
