We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail key Holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will play a crucial part in managing , inventory, and store performance while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and cashiering. Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory tracking. Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering excellent customer service. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in retail math and inventory control practices. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and sales management. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with phone etiquette. Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
