We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part Time Keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their skills in sales techniques and product knowledge. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor while managing inventory and control loss prevention Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies that drive sales growth and improve overall store performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is essential. Communications skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. Proficiency with POS systems and the ability to quickly learn procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and team members alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
