is a membership based therapeutic massage clinic. Massage Addict is Canada's largest membership based massage therapy franchise. We provide a customized therapeutic massage experience, in a very relaxing and well maintained professional massage clinic.

POSITION SUMMARY



We are looking for a Part -time Guest Services Administrator with exceptional interpersonal, sales experience, communication, and administrative skills, along with a great personality, a can-do attitude, and the desire/passion to contribute to company growth.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and open to working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the Massage Addict clinic's operational needs.

1-2 Evening Shifts a week, and every other weekend.



Evening Shifts (3:00 pm-9:30 pm) & Saturday/Sunday (9 am-4:30 pm)



RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls and booking appointments Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services Provide administrative support to the Clinic; forms and documentation for new and existing clients Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms Promote and sell memberships Laundry Duties
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
