We are looking to hire a Part Time Guest Service Administrator with exceptional interpersonal, communication and administrative skills, along with a great personality, a can-do attitude and the desire/passion to contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate must be flexible and open to working flexible schedules that will include evenings and weekends to meet clinic\'s operation needs. Position is for 1 night a week and every other weekend. HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 9pm Saturday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday 9am - 5pm Massage Addict is Canadian owned and Canada\xe2\x80\x99s first and largest membership-based massage therapy provider with over 95 clinics currently open nationwide. Massage Addict offers a membership program, which allows members to enhance health through regular massage therapy. RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Provide outstanding client service; answering telephone calls and booking appointments \xc2\xb7 Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival \xc2\xb7 Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to the Clinic; forms and documentation for new and existing clients \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 2-3 years of experience within a service oriented environment with a focus on administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Superior verbal communication and telephone skills \xc2\xb7 Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; spreadsheet, word processing and calendar management \xc2\xb7 Access to reliable transportation.
