About the Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and certified aviation professional to take the lead on coordinating and supporting our training program. This flexible, part-time contract role is ideal for someone who holds an aviation background and Transport Canada-recognized certification such as a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and wants to stay involved in aviation education in a meaningful way.

What You'll Do

Lead Pilot Check-ins:

Conduct regular check-ins with student pilots, offering feedback, guidance, and mentorship.

Support Course Delivery:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of training sessions.

Ensure Standards Are Met:

Uphold Transport Canada standards and contribute to safe, professional training environments.

Report & Record:

Track student progress and hold them accountable

Act as a Point of Contact:

Liaise between students and internal program leads as needed.

What You Bring

A valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) Confidence communicating with students and colleagues Strong organizational skills and independence Fluency in English Comfort with basic digital tools (email, video calls, Google Drive)

Approximately 8 hours per week (flexible schedule, to be coordinated in advance)
