This Part-time staff will be responsible, team-oriented individuals with high energy and a passion for delivering superior customer service to families of all ages.
General Accountabilities
Greets customers.
Comply with the job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Using the POS system and handling money.
Troubleshoot any work-related problems.
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Effectively address clients' concerns and complaints immediately.
Supporting the daily operations of the RollerRink, including facilities cleaning and rental product maintenance and safety.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Reception and administrative practices-related experience would be asset
