Real Estate office in Barrhaven seeks a motivated and client-service oriented professional to join our team.

Responsibilities



? Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all agents, clients, visitors and business partners

? First point of contact for incoming calls and emails

? Provide clerical support to our Agents, Senior Branch Administrator and Branch Manager

? Cooperate with industry professionals to resolve a variety of Real Estate related situations

? Manage Listings and Appointments through industry software "Showingtime"

? Review uploaded listing documents for accuracy with "Nexone" and sending follow up messages for missing documents or documents that need corrections.

? Process and manage New Listings in listings database and paper formats

? Create Landing Pages and Social Media post for new listings

? Maintain Office common areas so it is always presentable and appealing

? Accept and record received Deposit cheques and provide receipts

? Arrange for manager signatures when required

? Manage Meeting Room Bookings

? Exercise confidentiality and discretion, good judgment, and sensitivity in all daily activities and interactions

? Opening and Closing Office rounds of stocking the paper in printers, stocking stationary supplies, stocking the bathroom supplies, empting the garbage cans around the office and taking to bumpster, starting & emptying of dishwasher, wiping counter surfaces. etc

Qualifications and Competencies



? One or more years of related experience providing client support in an office environment, preferably in the real estate sector

? Superior oral and written communication skills are required

? Proficient in intermediate functions of Microsoft Office & G-Suite while possessing the ability to adapt to industry specific and new technology applications

? Must be prompt , reliable, accountable and detail oriented

? Ability to work efficiently as a team member in a busy environment while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability to manage administrative work to support our Realtors and the Administrative Team

? Skilled at applying past experience and knowledge to new situations

? Displays a high level of professionalism and initiative with a positive and collaborative attitude

Candidates will need to be available to work part-time hours (12-18 hrs a week) between Monday to Friday 1:15 pm to 7:15 pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 4 pm, a monthly schedule will be provided showing you the times you are booked for, along with other part time staff. You may be requested to cover more shifts after mutually agreed upon.
