We're seeking motivated, PART-time commission-based car sales representatives to join our team.

High Earnings Potential: Earn commissions of CAD $800 per vehicle, plus performance-based set bonuses. - Annual Income Potential: $75,000 CAD to $130,000 or more, based on 6-10 car sales per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1). Sales and Customer Interaction: -

Lead Generation: Engage potential customers through social media, online platforms, and networking. - Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients to build trust and close deals.

2). Sales Process Management: -

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate remotely and finalize deals accurately and professionally.

3). Administrative Tasks: -

CRM & Records: Keep customer information and sales data up to date. - Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Team Leader and dealership.

4). Marketing and Promotion: -

Online Promotion: Promote inventory and dealership services through digital strategies. Content Creation: Share vehicle highlights and promotional materials following MVSA guidelines.

5). Compliance and Documentation: -

Complete and submit paperwork efficiently. - Ensure all activity aligns with MVSA and dealership policies.

Requirements: -

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience in BC. - Must have a valid VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) License (we will assist with the application process).

> DRIVER'S License. (OR SIMILAR)

> Legal and Compliance: -

Comply with all data protection and consumer privacy regulations.

Commission Payout: -

This is a commission-based role, with no fixed hourly or salaried wage. - You will be compensated per sale, with the opportunity to earn: - $1,000 per vehicle sold -

Additional bonuses based on performance -
