Responsibilities

Engage with customers at the front desk, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services. Upsell additional products and services to enhance the client experience and boost studio sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

Strong background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Previous front desk experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage appointments and client interactions. A proactive approach to upselling products and services, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
