RAPS is Seeking a Part time evening Caregiver to assist an Individual with MS (E12)

Location

: Sherwood Park

Days:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Hours: 9pm-11pm

: Duties include but are not limited to: one-person mechanical transfer using ceiling track lift, exercises and massage, personal care including dressing, peri care assistance, catheter care, meal preparation and feeding assistance, medication administration, ROM exercises, as well as some light housekeeping and laundry.

Requires smoking assistance outside or in garage

Please note: 1 cat & 1 dog in the home

Qualifications and Other Requirements

: The successful candidate must have a clear criminal record check containing the vulnerable sector, must either have an HCA certificate or a minimum of 6 months' experience working in the health care field.

Previous experience working with MS clients and valid First Aid & CPR are considered an asset.

Must be physically fit, speak Clear and Fluent English and have a driver's license and vehicle.

New HCA grads are welcome to apply!

Rate of Pay

: $22.50/ hour
