Job Overview
We are seeking
experienced professionals and educators
to join our instructional team for the upcoming academic term in the following program areas:Duties
1.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Instructors
Responsibilities include:
Delivering curriculum to PSW students in classroom, lab, and clinical environments. Supporting student learning through demonstrations, mentorship, and hands-on training. Assessing student progress through assignments, evaluations, and practical assessments. Maintaining accurate student records and providing constructive feedback.
2.
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Instructors
Responsibilities include:
Teaching college-level ECE courses aligned with Ministry standards and college curriculum. Supporting students in both theory and practical application of early childhood practices. Fostering a positive learning environment to support student success.
Requirements
1.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Instructors
Nursing (RPN/RN) qualifications. Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in long-term care, home care, or related sectors. Teaching or training experience preferred (instructional certification an asset). Strong communication and organizational skills.
2.
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Instructors
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor of Education an asset). Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE). 3-5 years of professional experience in early learning and childcare settings. Previous teaching or adult education experience preferred.
