What's involved in the Driver role:

An applicant will need to make sure that the company vehicle is kept in good condition Record keeping: It is important to log inspections, temperature control, and deliveries Customer service: A successful job applicant will maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues Loading the truck: A successful job applicant will need to be able to arrange and secure the products in the truck in an efficient manner Reporting: Report any lost product or accidents that occur during the delivery Responsible for collecting signatures to prove a successful delivery

What you need to join our team:

Class 1 driver's license with air brake certification Physically fit with a good attendance and personal safety record Previous experience with handheld computers is beneficial Excellent knowledge of Lower Mainland and designated truck routes Will be required to have successfully completed a Driving Assessment Flexibility is a requirement as days of work and start /end times may vary with departmental needs.
