We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment. Assist in food preparation by washing vegetables and preparing ingredients as needed. Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Dispose of waste and manage recycling efforts according to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during peak service times. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

Skills

Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a sanitary environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Basic cooking skills can enhance efficiency in supporting the culinary team. Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards is beneficial. Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations.
