Cleaner

to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned residential and commercial areas. Move furniture or equipment as needed for cleaning tasks, including heavy lifting. Use cleaning tools and equipment safely, including power tools when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by performing custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. Manage time efficiently to complete all tasks within designated time frames, ensuring quality standards are met. Drive the company car to job sites as required, must have a valid clean drivers license (Class 5)

Requirements

:

Previous experience in

residential or commercial cleaning

or custodial services is required. Ability to perform

heavy lifting

and other physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices

is a plus. Strong

time management

skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday. Basic knowledge of using

power tools and hand tools

safely is advantageous.

Excellent customer service skills

to interact positively with clients and team members. Strong

communication skills

to ensure clarity in task execution and client requests. Ability to work

independently

and as part of a

team

to complete tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail

and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Must complete company-provided safety courses before starting as well as cleaning certifications. Must be able to pass a

background check

.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving.
