Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a part time Data Entry Administrator to join our team!This position is based out of our or Red Deer facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.Precision Well Servicing is seeking a part time Data Entry Administrator who demonstrates a strong ability to adhere to corporate/office policies and procedures while thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be organized, be able to work independently, and excel in efficiently managing tasks within a dynamic work setting. Preference may be given to candidates with past NCS/Transportation administration experience.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing large amounts of data
• Enter data according to specified format
• Transfer data between software
• Store, update and maintain databases
• Assist in collecting and processing data
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic with work experience in data entry role
• NSC experience an asset
• Proficient in data entry and working with data entry software
• Intermediate computer skills with familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work well under pressure while meeting daily/weekly/monthly deadlines
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and duties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

The Precision Well Servicing team is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work.
