Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Help team member to join our barbecue food service establishment. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. We are only open on Saturdays from 11-3.
Duties
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of the counter area
- Assist in basic food preparation and handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and processing payments
- Up-sell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Cleanup at the end of the day
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is appreciated but we can train
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation guidelines
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Experience in cashiering is a plus

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
