At Carter Cadillac, the Concierge position is critical, as it is the first point of contact for all our guests. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in any Luxury retail environment and the ability to consistently provide an unrivaled customer service experience.

We are looking for candidates who have high-level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills.

Duties will include but not limited to greeting, interfacing with customers, understanding their needs and guide them through our dealership, offering tours, respond to incoming calls and conduct service customers follow up calls.

HOURS:

Monday : Off

Tuesday to Thursday - 4:00pm -7:00pm

Friday: 12:00pm -6:00pm

Saturday : 9:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday - Closed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
