Job Description

We are looking for a

part-time

receptionist to join our team at Origin Chiropractic and Wellness! The ideal candidate will be one who is outgoing, hard-working and able to multitask under pressure. This role is considered the key to success of our clinic and each individual practitioner. We are looking for someone who is not only able to communicate with both the public and our team in a courteous and professional manner, but who will also create a welcoming environment for anyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Answering phone and email inquiries from current and prospective patients in a professional, kind, and informative manner

- Using Jane App to schedule, invoice and process payments, as well as online platforms such as WCB, SGI and third-party billing websites

- Understanding the practices of our practitioners in order to better serve our patients

- Providing a clean environment for our patients, practitioners and staff

- Sharing our commitment to improving the wellbeing of others. You will be the first and last person our patients see in the clinic and are therefore a critical part of their experience at Origin. We love getting to know our patients and we hope you do as well!

This part-time position will begin in August with 2-4 shifts per week (ranging from 5-8 hours per shift) and will include a combination of morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts as well as some Saturdays. We are offering a base hourly wage of $17-$19/hour depending on experience.

Origin is a wellness clinic located in College Park Mall in Saskatoon. Our team is currently made up of chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, an osteopath, a physiotherapist, and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Front desk experience is a must and experience with Jane App is a huge asset.
