Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must drive and have a reliable car. This is an day (Mon & Tues) and evening (Wednesday & Saturday) position, requiring little to no supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own or as part of a team. Guaranteed 10 or more hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued. All equipment and supplies are provided, reimbursement for occasional supply purchases.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces as well as additional cleaning as needed Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to prevent accidents Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered

Skills

Proven experience with residential cleaning, including familiarity with cleaning chemicals and procedures Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for clients Heavy lifting capability for moving supplies during cleaning routines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
