We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organisation, ensuring robust financial management, and providing leadership to the finance department. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills and a proven track record in financial accounting and services.

Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure the company's financial health. Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. Collaborate with other executives to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a similar industry. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in financial accounting software and tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
