Part Time Certified Dental Assistant

Job Description
Well established family dental practice in Port Colborne is seeking a part time dental assistant. Two to three a week including Thursdays.
Duties
Chairside assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Perform sterilization duties and assist hygiene department when working as a floater. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for various procedures. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient records using Abeldent software systems. Support front office staff with administrative tasks when needed.
Experience
Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, Harp, IPAC certified.
