Your daily role
- Prepare, season, and cook food as directed
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean work station by exercising above satisfactory safety and sanitation practices
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Process cash and debit/credit transactions, balancing the cash register and all closing procedures
- Advise appropriate person regarding stock outs/shortages
- Clean all indoor and outdoor employee eating areas (ex: sweep and mop floors often, wipe down lunch tables and chairs, clean inside employee fridges and microwaves, etc.)
- Assist with delivery of stock by organizing and storing items appropriately
- Working collaboratively in a team based environment, but also trusted to work alone when needed
- Other duties as assigned by HRBP

- Must have previous experience in a food preparation environment with some cooking and cash handling experience
- Complete a Food Handler\'s Certificate before first shift (requirement)
- Must be capable to speak, read and write English at a Level 3 comprehension level
- Must have good customer service skills with proven effective communication and problem solving
- You are able to work in hot, cold, and damp conditions
- You are able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and meet minimum dexterity requirements (ex: bend, twist, reach, lift, etc.)
- Hourly wage rate is $17.05/hr.
