Our Part Time Breakfast Ambassador position is opening up after our long term employee is moving for school. This position is 16 hours a week, Sunday & Saturday. Hours are 6am - 2pm. This is a perfect job for a student. Position can turn into full time over the summer. The ideal candidate must exude customer service and love to chat with our guests! As the first individual to welcome our guests after their night at the hotel, your job is to ensure they get their first cup of coffee and delicious food to start their day. We need a candidate that can follow and up hold all food safety protocols, ensure our kitchen is spotless and our food is fresh. The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. The General Manager & Supervisor maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
Part-time hours: 16 per week Salary: From $13.25 per hour Schedule:
- Provide personalized service to all guests and cater to guest requests
- Set up and maintain the breakfast bar as required by brand standards through out the breakfast service including: keep breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors, wipe up spills. Restocking all food items, dishes for guests use. Preparing and refilling hot items to meet demands of service.
- Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day and order or purchase food supplies
- Complete tear down and clean up of the breakfast service when it is over which includes: Wash serving equipment, return reusable food supplies to storage, vacuum and mop the breakfast area, cleaning public washrooms, emptying garbage\'s and other tasks related to the clean up.
- Listen and respond to guests\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and report guest issues to management
- Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations while performing daily duties
- Use proper chemicals to clean counters and breakfast areas
- Maintain uniform and grooming standards
- Assist in the housekeeping department when required.
Part-time hours: 16 per week Salary: From $13.25 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
- Emerald Park, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
