Summary



As a Bookkeeper at Go Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service by managing our financial transactions with precision and integrity.

Responsibilities



Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Daily invoicing Ability to work independently with little supervision. Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections. Performing bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain financial accuracy. Assisting with payroll processing and related accounting tasks. Preparing financial reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborating with management to develop budgets and forecasts. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.
