Successful candidates will need the following skills and will perform tasks for Delivery Tech Inc., located at 11261-269st, Acheson, Alberta, T7X 6E1.

Position: Part Time | Billing Clerk

One full-time position, starting at $22.00 per hour, with a wage increase after the probation period.

We are currently accepting resumes from well-rounded individuals to handle all office-related duties associated with a courier company.

Candidates must have and have ability to perform:

Knowledge of Edmonton

Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 0800 HRS to Noon or Noon to 1600HRS

Ability to travel to Acheson

Strong customer service skills for answering phones and dealing with in-person customers

Proficiency in and clear communication in English, with neat handwriting

Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBook Online

Understanding of trucking company workflows, rating bill of ladings, and generating invoices

The ability to learn quickly and pay close attention to details

A current 60-day Criminal Record check from the Edmonton Police Service or RCMP

Dress code: business casual

Willingness to work overtime

Wage increases will be evaluated after 3 months and then annually, based on performance.
