Part Time Beverage Specialist/ Retail Associate

ECS is looking for a New team member to assist our leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations of our new location opening this fall.
Our Staff and Keyholders partner with the Store Managers for everything we do at ECS Coffee. They bring energy and passion to the ECS Customer Experience and our business.
Responsibilities:
Ensure service, communication and operational expectations are met in the store. Encourage and train staff to do their best. Demonstrate exceptional behaviors and standards for customer service and store operations and demand the same from your team. Work to build an engaged clientele for your location through collection of phone and email information.
Sales and Customer Service
Lead by example and ensure all staff is always delivering exceptional customer experiences. Assist customers with choices by sharing product knowledge and demonstrations of products in store
Merchandising and Inventory
Ensure that all Merchandising and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times. Ensure all marketing materials and signage is in place as per head office directives. Participate in inventory management with regards to needs of the business
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems Ability to Lift and work on feet for 8-9-hour periods if needed.

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
