The Parking Data Coordinator (PDC) will support the onboarding and offboarding of parking locations across our network. This newly created role will play a critical part in eliminating avoidable costs by ensuring timely and accurate termination of services and coordination of complex workflows.




The PDC will serve as the central liaison between Location Managers, internal teams, vendors, and service providers, managing over 100 tasks per location transition. This role will also standardize and document processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service consistency.

Key Responsibilities





Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of parking locations across all platforms and operating companies, ensuring system entries are complete, accurate, and timely. Initiate, track and resolve work orders via SharePoint and Jira. Liaise with vendors for service setup and termination. Support internal teams with timely and accurate data coordination. Ensure consistent and timely transitions to meet service level expectations. Manage and update parking lot attributes including pricing, contact information, amenities, and operational details. Host regular recurring meetings with Department heads and key stakeholders to coordinate onboarding/offboarding related tasks. Maintain data integrity across all platforms by performing regular audits and validations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and updates for parking locations. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level agreements and internal deadlines. Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or system issues to the appropriate teams. Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system integrity across platforms. Document and maintain current processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications





2+ years of experience in operations coordination, data management, or related field. Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior leadership Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and a collaborative mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems proactively. Proficiency in data systems and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, MS Excel). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-volume environment. Familiarity with parking operations or infrastructure services is a plus. Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and integrity.
