Responsibilities:
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries or issues
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
- Keep records of vehicles parked
-Open the lobby doors for, and greet all persons entering the building in a courteous manner. Also open car doors when necessary.
-Guide visitors to the front desk.
-Make sure that no cars enter the front entrance in the wrong direction.
-Make sure cars are properly parked in the front entrance.
-Supervise the garage entrance and exit for security purposes.
-Empty cars of all contents requested by residents or visitors using shopping cars or luggage racks.
-Must be standing and visible in the lobby entrance at all times.
-Perform all tasks given to them by captain of security, director of security and administration.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
-hotel business experience
Please note that this position does not involve driving limousines, dump trucks, buses, tankers, box trucks, shuttle driving, heavy haul vehicles, or require mechanical knowledge. The primary responsibility is managing the parking facility and providing customer service.
