Description of Duties:
Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized
Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary
Patrol parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts
Direct guests to available parking spaces and strategically manage lots space to maximize passenger vehicle and tour bus parking
Lift, position, and remove barricades in order to open or close parking areas
Manage the docking area by forming a queue with the trucks and or/trailers
Minimum Requirements:
Able to work outdoors for long periods
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Lift a maximum of 15 pounds
Must posses a phone with data
Superior customer service skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Must be dependable, available, physically fit, and have good character
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years customer service experience
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Actively looking for ways to help people
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-tasked environment;
Good public speaking and presentation skills in group settings;
