Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various maintenance tasks, including Parks and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on Parks and facilities to ensure safety and functionality. Build and maintain structures, including repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair and maintenance projects. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as gardening, digging, and irrigation installation. Assist in the setup of outdoor events or activities as needed. Identify issues requiring attention and report them promptly to management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in building maintenance or related fields. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with garden care, landscape maintenance, digging, and irrigation systems is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
