Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting lighting and furniture that aligns with their needs and design vision
Clearly explain product features, finishes, and functionality
Process sales accurately through our POS system and handle payments responsibly
Proactively address customer questions or concerns with a positive, solution-based approach
Help maintain an attractive, organized showroom with proper inventory flow and display upkeep
Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer
