OTT Legal is one of Ontario's largest traffic ticket paralegal firms. We pride ourselves on providing professional paralegal services with the highest ethics and integrity.

We are looking for a licensed paralegal who is comfortable starting in an entry-level position.

We expect the candidate to work with our firm to learn and develop their skills and assist in the day-to-day operations of our office.

No experience is necessary; you must be willing to learn.

Applicants must be Licensed Paralegals in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, OR writing the Paralegal Licensing exam in November.

This job is at our office at 110 Ritchie Ave, Ajax, but may require travel throughout the GTA. Mileage is compensated.

This position requires a highly efficient and well-organized person for a fast-paced legal firm.

We require someone to work full time, 40 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Receiving and directing client calls, emails and walk-in inquiries Preparing and filing various documents with the court Opening, updating, and closing client files Notarizing documents Understanding of POA/HTA offences Attending court via Zoom Diarizing court dates, disclosure requests and other time-sensitive tasks Managing emails and correspondence to clients and prosecutors Reviewing disclosure Supporting senior Paralegal staff with office tasks

Possess a strong attention to detail Be able to organize their time effectively to meet the demands of a high-volume and fast-paced work environment Work well under pressure to meet deadlines Be able to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods Be confident working independently as well as part of a team
The successful candidate must:

Be a Licensed Paralegal OR is scheduled to write the Paralegal Licensing exam in November 2025.
