Responsibilities:
Support a Growing Indigenous Law Practice
Are you an experienced and results-oriented Corporate/Commercial/Real Estate Paralegal looking to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team in a collaborative and supportive environment!
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our thriving Indigenous Law Practice Group. You will work closely with a generalist solicitor, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, assisting with transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Here's what you\'ll do:

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, closing documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with real estate transactions, from due diligence to closing.
  • Manage corporate records and filings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in corporate/commercial/real estate law.
  • Thrives in a team environment and is highly motivated.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
