Who Are We?Total Credit Recovery Limited (TCR) is the largest Canadian-owned receivables management company, servicing most major Canadian credit grantors. TCR is a progressive company with over 350 employees in four offices across the country.What Will You Do?

  • You will provide litigation support to meet the needs of TCR and its clients by Conducting searches to locate debtors
  • Contacting debtors to negotiate payment plans and payment schedules in accordance with the debtor's financial situation and our clients' directives
  • Drafting pleadings and attending at court as required
  • Performing administrative tasks and clerical duties as required
Who Are You?
  • Must hold a P1 License and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative as required
  • Minimum of two years litigation experience
  • Experience in the collections industry is an asset
