Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations
Assist attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, exhibits, and briefs
Manage and maintain electronic and physical legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
File documents with courts and other agencies as required
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside counsel in a professional and confidential manner
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filing and compliance
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field
Paralegal certification (preferred or required based on jurisdiction)
