What are your contributions to the team?
Maintain a structure of corporate entities worldwide and the corporate entities database
Draft corporate documents and coordinate various signatures
Assist with the preparation of annual continuous disclosure documents
Assist with corporate restructuring activities such as incorporations, liquidations, mergers, dividends and capitals contributions
Assist other members of the Corporate Legal Affairs team in various special projects
Coordinate with our transfer agent
Attend to the notarization and legalization of documents required for regulatory filings in foreign jurisdictions
Attend to TSX and SEDI filings and various regulatory filings
Assist other company's departments with various needs (Treasury, Tax, Pension, etc.)

How to thrive in this role?
You have obtained a diploma in paralegal studies from a recognized school in Quebec, Canada
You have a good knowledge of corporate and securities laws
You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a corporation or a law firm
You can manage competing priorities in parallel
You are fully bilingual (English and French) and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
You demonstrate strong ability to work as part of an integrated team
You show discretion and work in complete confidentiality
You demonstrate sound judgement, act with tact and courtesy
You work well autonomously and show initiatives
You are familiar with most computer tools usually used in similar functions (e.g. Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point, etc.)
