As a PANTRY SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for running the Beverage Pantry on the Executive Suite Floor. You will be working with Floor Supervisors, Suite Servers to ensure that all Suites have the correct beer/wine/spirits, soft beverages and food as required. Below is a description and list of duties that you will be responsible for, but not limited to.
You will be required to hand off Executive Suite food and beverage orders to runners who will deliver to each Suite.
You and the runners will be responsible for ensuring that the correct product is going to the correct suite based on the paperwork provided.
You will keep an inventory of all beverages in your pantry.
You will supply beverages as required to Suite staff based on beverage requisition forms filled out, ensuring that a signed copy is kept in Pantry.
You will monitor levels of disposables and ensure that suite staff take only the amount required for service.
