Applicants requires safe and efficient use of pneumatic nail guns, hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Key responsibilities:
Build new pallets and repair used pallets according to required specifications.
Inspect pallets for damage and determine whether they should be repaired, recycled, or discarded.
Operate nail guns, saws, pry bars, and other hand or power tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure all completed pallets meet quality and dimensional standards.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
Assist in loading, unloading, and stacking pallets as required.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or material shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate basic hand tools and pneumatic nail guns.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Team-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy industrial environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
