Green and Clean Home Solutions is seeking a

Painting Equipment Supervisor

to join our professional residential services team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on painting and equipment management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a company that rewards quality and dedication.

Job Responsibilities

Perform residential interior and exterior painting projects in line with company standards. Carry, manage, and organize all required equipment on and off job sites. Ensure equipment is properly stored at the end of each workweek. Complete required forms to track project progress, inventory, and quality metrics. Deliver professional, client-focused service to homeowners and referrals. Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights or with ladders. Collaborate with your crew to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:

Reliable, insured personal vehicle (Required). Minimum 2 years of residential or professional painting experience (Required). Proven ability to work with ladders and carry heavy equipment safely. Strong customer service and communication skills. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and team-minded work approach. Comfortable with outdoor work and physically demanding tasks. Secondary school education (preferred). WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (asset; training available if needed).

Pay & Advancement

Pay is based on project budgets at a competitive hourly rate of

$30-$34

, determined by project efficiency, quality standards, tenure, and complexity. Additional opportunities to earn through upsells, referrals, and quality bonuses. After consistent performance, strong candidates may advance into expanded roles and benefits.
