Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential painting, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes. In this role, the painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless final product that meets our clients' expectations.

Note - Must have own vehicle and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior residential surfaces. Utilize a variety of tools, including brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, to achieve smooth and even finishes. Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures by using drop cloths, plastic, and painter's tape. Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results. Manage painting projects from start to finish, including estimating time and materials required. Perform touch-ups and final inspections to ensure the highest quality of work.
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential painting, with a portfolio of completed projects. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
