Painter Supervisor

to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, knowledgeable

Painter Supervisor

with 3-4 years of experience in commercial painting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of all painting methods--including spraying--and the ability to manage and motivate a crew on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of painters on commercial job sites Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and job specifications Ensure quality control and adherence to safety procedures Perform hands-on work when required, including spraying, rolling, and brushing Communicate with site managers, general contractors, and project managers Track progress and report on job status to company leadership Train and mentor junior painters as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on painting experience (commercial preferred) Experience with spray techniques and equipment Strong leadership and crew management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Valid BC driver's license Ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay: $23.00-$32.66 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
