Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team at Adora Kitchens Ltd. in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality finishes on our cabinetry products, contributing to our mission of enhancing homes with beautiful and functional designs.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Operate spray equipment to apply finishes to cabinetry and other products. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain spray equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed. Assist with inventory management of paint supplies and materials. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or industrial painting. Strong knowledge of spray equipment and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
