Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer and Painter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial, with a strong focus on finishing work. This role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Duties

Apply plaster, and other finishing materials to interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools and power tools Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damaged areas prior to application Mix plaster and other compounds accurately according to specifications Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with original surfaces Coordinate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in construction with a focus on plastering Knowledge of construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, and industrial painting is a plus Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
