We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong understanding of construction practices and techniques. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Perform restoration work on existing surfaces as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting. Familiarity with rigging techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of carpentry principles is desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Proficient in time management to meet project deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols related to painting and construction work.
